Intellectual property terms

Version 0.1 draft ยท Effective effective date

These terms form part of the terms of service.

What you own

You own Customer Data: everything you and your users put into OBMr, including your pinpoints, definitions, observations, notes and documents. We claim no rights in it beyond the permission to process it to provide the Service.

What we own

Quateria Inc. owns OBMr and everything in it that is not Customer Data. That includes the software, its source code, designs, documentation, the OBMr name and logo, templates, the default content library, and improvements we make, including improvements suggested by customers. OBMr is a trademark of Quateria Inc..

Your licence

While your subscription is active, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right for your users to use the Service for your organization's internal purposes.

Templates and default content

The pinpoint templates, diagnostic questions and other starting content are provided for you to adapt. You may use, copy and change them inside your organization, including in your own policies and training, during and after your subscription. They are general starting points, not professional, clinical or legal advice. Confirm credential and regulatory requirements with the relevant regulator.

Restrictions

You will not copy, resell, sublicense or rent the Service, build a competing product using it, remove our notices, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows that despite this restriction.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you. We will not identify you as their source without permission.

Aggregate information

We may use counts about how the Service is used, such as how many pinpoints exist across all customers, to run and improve it, provided they identify no person and no customer.

Open source

OBMr includes open source components under their own licences. Those licences govern those components.
