Acceptable use policy
This policy applies to everyone who uses OBMr. Your organization's agreement with Quateria Inc. makes it binding on the organization, and you agree to it when you join.
Use OBMr for its purpose
OBMr supports organizational behaviour management: clear expectations, fair measurement, feedback, supervision and support for staff. Use it in ways that respect the dignity, privacy and rights of the people it records.
Do not
- Enter client or patient health information. That includes names, diagnoses, treatment details and anything that identifies a person your organization serves. Describe work behaviour, not the people receiving care.
- Enter sensitive personal information into performance records, such as health, disability, family status, religion or other protected characteristics. Accommodation details belong in your organization's confidential HR process, not in pinpoints, observations or feedback.
- Use records to discriminate, harass or retaliate against anyone, or to rank people by a protected characteristic.
- Record people secretly. Your organization must tell staff what is recorded about them. Our employee monitoring policy includes a notice your organization can adapt.
- Share your password or two-step codes, or sign in as someone else.
- Try to reach another organization's data, or any data your role does not allow.
- Probe, scan or load-test the service without our written permission. To report a security problem, email security@obmr.app.
- Upload malware, or use OBMr to send spam or unlawful content.
- Copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it despite this policy.
- Break the law, including employment, human rights, privacy and professional regulatory rules that apply to your organization.
If something goes wrong
If you think an account has been compromised or information was entered by mistake, tell your organization's administrator straight away, and email security@obmr.app for anything security related.
We may suspend access that breaks this policy or puts others at risk. Where we can, we will warn the organization first and work with them to fix it.
